SEASONAL SWIMMING CLASSES

Session starts from 4th April 2022 and will continue upto 30th September 2022
APPLICATION FORMS are available for the Current Session at the Society Office from 11th March 2022
Price of Form ₹100/-
Forms are available between: 1 to 9 pm every day (except public holidays)
1. General Category - Monday to Friday
Age Group - Male & Female
A) Blue Card - Upto 21 years
B) Red Card - Above 21 years
Timing of Swimming Classes (1 hour each)
LADIES & GIRLS (BLUE & RED)
Morning : 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM, 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM, 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Evening : 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM
GENTS & BOYS (BLUE & RED)
Morning : 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM, 7 AM to 8:00 AM, 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Evening : 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM
2. Special Category (1) Saturday & Sunday (Morning)
Green Card - No age restriction
Timing of Swimming Classes (1 hour each)
LADIES & GIRLS : 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM
BOYS & GENTS : 8:15 AM to 9:15 AM
UNISEX : 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM
3. Special Category (2) Monday to Friday (Evening)

Yellow Card
Timing of Swimming Classes ( Flexible )
7:00 PM TO 9:30 PM Up to 8:15 pm (Those below 21 yrs)
4. Special Category (3) open for all day
FLEXIBLE Card - No age restriction
Charges for Swimming Classes : April to September 2022
BLUE Card : ₹2500 + 18% GST= ₹2950.00
RED Card : ₹3500 + 18% GST= ₹4130.00
YELLOW Card : ₹5000 + 18% GST= ₹5900.00
GREEN Card : ₹3500 + 18% GST= ₹4130.00
FLEXIBLE Card : ₹12000 + 18% GST= ₹14160.00
Please note the following when applying for Seasonal Swimming Classes:

Minimum height required for swimmers is 3 feet for ALL Categories.

Break on holidays for all categories, will be notified periodically

Seasonal members are requested to change dress at their SPECIFIED Changing Rooms ONLY

Do not bring in any valuables with you while attending Swimming Classes

Boys & Girls below 21 years under any category, are allowed to swim only up to 8:00 PM
-
Swimming will remain SUSPENDED on all public holidays, political bandhs and any other unavoidable circumstances, which will be notified from time to time

All Seasonal Swimmers will have to appear personally in an interview for admission. Seasonal Swimmers must agree to appear before and abide by the decision of our Medical officer as and when required

If a swimmer is declared unfit for swimming or is found to be suffering from or is a carrier of any contagious disease his or her permission for swimming may be withdrawn forthwith

Seasonal Swimmers under 14 years of age may be escorted by one person only.

The Society reserves the right to take action against swimmer(s) whose behaviour may be found inappropriate or exhibit any indiscipline or cause a breach of the Swimming Rules as laid out by the Trainers on Duty/Director of Swimming or for Irregular Attendance or for Non Participation in Swimming activities of the Society.

While every reasonable precaution is taken for the safety of the swimmers, the Society will not be held responsible for any kind of accident.

Seasonal Swimmers are not entitled to use any other amenities other than swimming at the permitted hours

The Seasonal Swimmers and their Guardians/Escorts must vacate the Society Premises no later than 15 minutes from the completion of their designated times

Seasonal Swimmers and their Guardians/Escorts are not permitted to bring in any Guests
-
Any violation of this may lead to disqualification of the swimmer

Seasonal Swimmers who continue to swim at the Society for a period of 3 years and or more are required to take Life Saving Training (if advised by the Society, through its office bearers)

While every effort will be made to assign swimmers to their preferred time slots, the Society does not guarantee such placements

In the event of loss of Seasonal Swimmer Card, a duplicate may be issued on application on payment of appropriate fee

Swimmers are required to produce their individual Seasonal Swimmer Card at the Gate at the time of entry and deposit the same every day before entering the water

The Swimmers are also required to obtain permission from the Pool In-charge before entering the pool/Trainer on Duty and collect the Seasonal Swimmer Card forthwith when leaving the pool

All Swimmers are required to swim in only approved swimming costumes (with ILSS Logo)

All Swimmers are required to wear an appropriate headgear while in the pool (with ILSS Logo)

All Swimmers are required to take a thorough shower, visit the washrooms, wash their feet, blow their noses thoroughly before entering the pool.

Use of Oil, Soap, Cream or any other such substance is strictly prohibited in the pool

Swimmer should not bring any valuables

The Society shall not be held responsible for any loss

Ours pools have “Chemically Treated Water”. In isolated cases this may cause irritation of the eyes and skin. In such an event forthwith consult your Doctor

Avoid swimming when you are not fit or have any discomfort or feel uneasy

In the interest of health and hygiene of the swimmers, the Society undertakes maintenance work periodically
-
On such an event the swimming pool(s) may remain closed
-
Your understanding and acceptance of such necessary closures is expected and required

Any Incentive or Tipping of Trainers is strictly prohibited – unless specifically authorised by the Society
-
Rules & Regulations are subject to amendment if and when found necessary
-
No one is permitted to consume food bought from outside within the Society premises
-
The Society does not refund any monies
-
Rights of Admission are Reserved
-
All disputes subject to Kolkata Metropolitan jurisdiction
-
The Society does not provide any insurance coverage
-
Those requiring to do are requested to obtain one of their own
